He does the site visit, writes the quote, orders the materials and is on site while the work happens, with a settled group of tradespeople around him. It's why almost every review we're given uses his first name: "Matt is great to deal with — an experienced, reliable builder who knows what he's doing," as a Checkatrade review from June 2024 puts it. Clients also mention his team, who one reviewer described as "equally competent and very professional."

It's a deliberately broad list, because the jobs people actually ring about rarely stay inside one trade: a kitchen that needs a wall moved, a cellar that needs draining before it can be a room, a bathroom that has to be created where a bedroom used to be.
