A written, no-obligation quote
You get the scope in writing — what's included, what isn't, and where the decisions and costs sit. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. If the design still needs an architect, a structural engineer or a building control application, we'll tell you what's needed and when.

The build, run by one person
Matt schedules the trades so they follow each other in the right order, keeps the site tidy and keeps you told. If something unexpected turns up behind a wall or under a floor, you hear about it the same day, with options — not a month later on an invoice.

Regular updates on progress and timeframes through the build — no chasing us to find out where things stand.

Snagged, cleared and handed over
We walk the job with you, write the snags down, finish them, and clear the site properly. Any paperwork the work generates — building control sign-off, appliance documents, guarantees from the products we fitted — comes to you at handover.
